Return Policy

Can I return an order?

 

All power tools sold have a (30) day satisfaction guarantee.  If your product is damaged or defective and within the (30) day window, we will cover the return shipping costs.  Should you wish to return an unused or fully operational tool shipping costs will be your responsibility. 

New, unused machinery can be returned unopened for up to (30) days from the purchase date.  Return shipping costs would not be covered.  Any defects in machinery will be handled via warranty repair. 

Any accessories / consumables can be returned for a full refund within (30) days of purchase.  Products must be unused and in original packaging.  Customers returning any accessories / consumables between 30 - 90 days will be given an in store credit for the full amount of the purchase.  No returns will be accepted after (90) days.

 

Do your products include warranty?

 

We guarantee everything we sell through manufacturers warranties.  Individual items will have a minimum of a (1) year warranty and range all the way to lifetime coverage.  For information on specific products please contact us.

 

What if the product is damaged?

 

If an item is damaged either in the package or through transport please notify us immediately and we will work to provide a solution as soon as possible.  

How and when will I get my money back?

Once we receive the returned products a refund will be processed in the same manner that the original payment was made.  Please be advised that while we will process the refund immediately, it can take up to 72 hours for the funds to appear in your account.
