The Festool DFC 500 E-Basic is the cordless version of Festool's DF 500 DOMINO joiner, bringing the signature mortise-and-tenon DOMINO workflow to battery power. Compatible with all Festool 18V batteries, it produces the same oscillating cutting motion as the corded model to create precisely sized mortises for DOMINO tenons. The result is twist-proof, highly accurate wood joints across cabinet installation, door hanging, and solid-wood joinery - without cord management at the bench or on the jobsite.
